I have a question about hunter talent spec's.

I am a BM hunter, and I got a TON of information from this site about talent builds, gear, spec, etc. I have since respec'd to a "cookie cutter BM spec". I have definitely noticed an increase in my damage output and more efficiency in groups and since I've started Kara.

Recently my tiny guild of four people merged with a much larger guild of 125+ players, called Allusion. The guild master of this new guild has four 70's: a holy priest, a BM hunter, a prot warrior, and an affliction warlock.

I was originally asked to join the guild after a few Shattered Halls rep runs, and he had tons of praise to offer me. He asked if I was looking for a raiding guild because he could use a hunter instead of the multiple "huntards" that are already in the guild (there are FOURTEEN other hunters in the guild, and they are all really messy as far as attack power/crit rating/spec goes...most haven't broken 1250 AP/17% crit).

After joining the guild I was immediately asked to go into a Kara run because I was the best geared hunter that was online. I of course accepted the invite, and the guild leader got onto his priest to heal. While we were waiting for others to arrive he asked me what my spec was. I said "I'm BM, cookie cutter 41/20/0." He immediately said "You're not BM, you're a hybrid. Plus, your spec is made for PVP." then he told me to look at his armory and consider respeccing.

His spec just doesn't look right to me. Everywhere I've looked has said my spec is correct (there are a few small variations that can occur in the marks category such as imp hunter's mark). I really like him as a player, he's funny and nice. I am also glad I've finally been recognized as a good hunter. What should I say/do about this though?

So, I'm questing on my 64 shammy in Terrokar Forest, I had reason to call upon a GM with a question about totems. Within a couple of minutes, a GM appeared to me, in the form a boar, helped me kill a mob then appeared in human form for a chat (Screenshot, or it didn't happen, right?). We clear up the issue, then she says "Wanna see something cool?" and launches me 50ft into the air! Then we chat for a bit about how my quests are going, and just as she's heading off, she gives me a pirate costume, then turns into an emerald whelping and flies off :D

I was too amused to remember to screenshot anything after she appeared to me, but damn, it was so awesome! I'm so glad they started letting the GMs off the island :)

For a project I'm doing (the end result goes into an auction for Cancer research) I need some help. I'm supposed to be making a quilt using something I do as a hobbey. SO I figured World of Warcraft would work!

So does anyone have any patterns of any of the T2-T6 that are reasonably small but could still be used as a 'block' for a quilt? I'd like to get one of each class or barring that one of each teir from one class on each block I'm doing.

so, i was just curious if anyone else played on frostwolf on the alliance side. my friends that i assisted reaching 70 months ago have basically been giving me the 'you noob stop asking so many damn questions' feeling, so i was wondering if anyone else played that i could quest with/ask questions/etc

i've got my main 70 nelf hunter kiriana, a lvl 20 priest astaria, and a newly made rogue lvl 8 kirianya (i like the name what can i say ^.^)
